EC10/EC11 SWITCHING MATRIX DOOR
Sun Electronic System's EC10 and EC11 environmental chambers have the option of being equipped with a matrix door.The switching matrix provides automatic selection and measurement of multiple devices or components during temperature testing. It enhances productivity while providing precise accuracy and superior control. The switching matrix provides reliable temperature testing for high volume testing of components over a wide range of temperature (-184 °C to +200°C ).
The switching matrix door is designed to hold up to 5 component boards within the chamber environment. The matrix control boards facilitate the automatic switching and measurement of multiple devices under test. Each component board can hold up to 32 (2 leaded) or 16 (3,4 leaded) components for a total of 160 (2 leaded) or 80 (3,4 leaded) components. A standard 9 pin user port on the front of the door and a Kelvin measurement path provide access to each component. This feature along with the ability to program the controller with a BASIC-like command set to select each component individually or sequentially provides for a fully automated test solution.
